Order Processing & Delivery

At checkout, you will receive an estimated delivery date, which will also be included in your Order Confirmation email.

This estimate includes processing time, weekends, and national holidays.

Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours and delivered within 4–6 business days. However, delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen carrier delays.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.

Orders may be split across multiple shipments. Items ordered together may not ship on the same day.

NOTE

Duties and taxes will be collected on delivery where applicable.
No additional duties apply within the United States.

HYNA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered by the carrier.

LOST OR MISSING SHIPMENT POLICY

At HYNA, we ensure careful handling of all shipments. However, in rare cases of lost or missing packages, the following policy applies:

Reporting Missing or Lost Shipments

If you suspect your shipment is lost or missing, you must report the issue within 7 days of delivery.

Our logistics partners only allow a limited claim window for investigation.

Claims Beyond 7 Days

Claims reported after 7 days from delivery cannot be processed.

Please monitor tracking details carefully upon delivery.

How to Report a Missing Shipment

If your shipment is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact us immediately at: care@hyna.us

Include:

  • Order number

  • Tracking number

We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate. If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will issue either a replacement or refund.
