Shipping Charges
Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the value of your order. You will see the final charges at the time of checkout.
Order Processing and Delivery Time
- Â At checkout, we will provide an estimated delivery date for your order, which will also be included in your Order Confirmation email.
- This estimate includes processing time, weekends, and national holidays.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours and delivered within 4 to 6 business days. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Orders may be shipped in multiple packages, and items ordered together may not always ship on the same day.
Shipping Coverage
- We ship to all U.S. territories, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- All shipments are made exclusively through to ensure reliability and speed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- HYNA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. We recommend keeping your tracking information handy to monitor your delivery status.
Note for Non-U.S. Customers
At the moment, we only ship within the United States. However, we are actively working to expand our shipping services to other countries in the near future.
